Yep, I turned Ten Months Old today! Ain't I somethin'?
The folks and I went over the river to Granddaddy and Grammy's yesterday to watch the Super Bowl together. It was lots of fun, but I spent most of the time crawling around on the floor, trying to pick up pieces of lint and put them in my mouth without anyone seeing me! Grammy calls me her little vacuum cleaner!
Now that I'm old, I get to have big people food from the table, like crackers and banana bits and my favorite, SMASHED POTATOES! (look at me eating them below) I specially like chasing things around on my high chair tray, trying to pick them up. This sure beats that stuff in those little jars!
I like to climb up on things so I can see better. Sometimes I fall down, but I get up again (hey, that could be a song!)
Daddy went back to work today, but his tummy still doesn't feel good all the time. Mommy stayed home with me yesterday because her ear hurt. I have to stay healthy so I can take care of them!
I learned how to untie my shoes and even undo the Velcro straps, so Mommy found me some Nikes that I can't get out of! But, I'll keep trying!
Hey, guess what? I'm going to have a brand-new cousin this fall! Aunt Christy and Uncle Daniel liked playing with me so much during Christmas that they asked the stork to bring them a baby, too! I'm so excited! I'll have to teach him or her the ropes when he or she gets here!
Thanks for stopping by and keep warm. It's cold outside!
